Our managers have grown with the business through the Fieldforce Solutions years into Simplementary today. With decades of combined tenure, they understand both the day-to-day reality of running a trades business and the details of how Simpro and our add-ons are implemented, supported and improved over time. They operate as a close-knit, capable team who know each other’s strengths and work in lockstep to deliver for our customers.
Jon has been with us for nearly ten years and leads the day-to-day running of Simplementary, keeping projects, people and partners aligned. That depth of experience in managing our delivery teams makes him a highly capable leader who combines commercial awareness with a calm, structured approach to operations.
Alison has been with us for eight years and looks after our finance and administration, making sure contracts, invoicing and internal processes are accurate and well controlled. Her tenure means she knows our customers and suppliers inside out and keeps everything running reliably behind the scenes—a trusted, experienced hand at the helm of accounts and admin.
James has been with us for 20 years and oversees our technical platforms and product portfolio, from Simpro integrations to bespoke development work. That two-decade track record makes him one of our most experienced leaders—deeply capable in building and maintaining solutions used every day by trade contractors, and in ensuring that new ideas are robust, scalable and secure.
Sam has been with us for two and a half years; prior to that she spent four and a half years with Simpro, so she brings considerable Simpro and operations experience to the team. She is responsible for how our projects and ongoing services are planned and delivered, focusing on clear communication, realistic timelines and making sure customers feel supported throughout—a capable operator who fits seamlessly into our cohesive leadership team.
